1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The SuperConnector Club ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website located at thesuperconnector.club and all associated features, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Membership and Access

Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid membership. Membership tiers, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Membership fees are charged as described at the time of purchase.

• Founding Member: One-time lifetime payment. Access is granted for the life of the Platform. Price is locked for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Annual and Monthly memberships: Recurring subscriptions that may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward other members, misrepresentation of your identity or company, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the community.

3. Not Financial or Investment Advice

We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any specific funding source, program, or opportunity. The inclusion of any program in our Funding Hub does not constitute a recommendation to apply or participate. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before applying to any funding program.

Funding availability, eligibility requirements, award amounts, deadlines, and program terms are set and controlled entirely by the third-party organizations that administer them. We make no representation that the information we publish is current, accurate, or complete. Program details may change without notice. You should verify all information directly with the funding source before taking any action.

We make no guarantee that you will receive any funding, be accepted into any program, or achieve any particular financial outcome as a result of using this Platform.

4. Founder Registry Disclaimer

The Founder Registry catalogs free tools, software credits, and startup perks offered by third-party companies ("Sponsors"). These offerings are subject entirely to each Sponsor's own terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and expiration dates. We do not control these offers and cannot guarantee their availability at any given time.

• Registry listings are provided for informational convenience only
• We do not represent or warranty that any listed credit or tool will be available, applicable to your business, or valuable to you
• Any disputes regarding a Sponsor's offering must be resolved directly with that Sponsor
• Total estimated registry value figures are approximate and based on the face value of offers as represented by Sponsors. Actual realized value may vary.

5. Network Miner and Introduction Requests

The Network Miner feature allows you to upload your LinkedIn connection data to identify potential introduction paths. The introduction request feature facilitates communication between members. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The SuperConnector Club is a facilitator only. We do not guarantee that any connector will accept, act on, or respond to an introduction request.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any introduction, meeting, business relationship, transaction, investment, or any other result that arises from connections made through the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your LinkedIn data and any information you share in introduction requests.
• You may only upload LinkedIn data that you lawfully exported from your own account. You may not upload connection data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
• Introduction requests must be made in good faith and for legitimate professional purposes. Spam, solicitation, harassment, or misuse of the introduction feature may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, company, funding status, or qualifications
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm other members
• Scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or another user's account
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could damage or interfere with the Platform
• Use the Platform to promote competing membership communities without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and features, is owned by or licensed to The SuperConnector Club and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (profile information, bio, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The SuperConnector Club and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform integrates with and links to third-party services including Stripe (payments), LinkedIn (network data export), and various funding program administrators. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, security, or content of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in San Diego, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
