Quick answers
Check your spam / promotions folder first — transactional emails sometimes land there. The magic link is valid for 24 hours. If you still don't see it after 10 minutes, email us at hello@thesuperconnector.club with the email you used to pay and we'll manually provision your access within a few hours.
Go to thesuperconnector.club/login and enter your email. We'll send you a fresh magic link — no password needed. Links expire after 24 hours for security but you can request a new one any time.
Make sure you're exporting the right file from LinkedIn: go to Settings → Data Privacy → Get a copy of your data, check "Connections," and request the export. You'll get an email with a zip file — the file you want is called Connections.csv. It can take up to 10 minutes for LinkedIn to generate it. If you're still having trouble, email us the error you're seeing.
Email us at hello@thesuperconnector.club with "Membership Change" in the subject line and we'll take care of it promptly. For monthly Connector subscriptions, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Founding Member ($199 one-time) is non-refundable after 7 days.

Bug reports: please include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened (plus your browser if relevant). Feature requests: even a one-liner helps — "I wish I could filter the Funding Hub by deadline" is enough to get it on the roadmap.
